• Registration of a complaint does not guarantee immediate resolution
• Service timelines depend on AMC coverage, service scope, availability, and site conditions

No Online Payment Gateway

• No payments are accepted through this website or service portal
• All payments are handled offline via bank transfer, cheque, or other agreed methods against official invoices
• Sikkim IT Enterprise is not responsible for any payment made through unauthorized or fraudulent links claiming association with this website

Data Accuracy & Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for the correctness of information submitted in complaints
• Sikkim IT Enterprise is not liable for delays or issues arising from incomplete or incorrect details
